UNDP and the Georgian Oil and Gas Corporation launched a project to enhance the capacities for sustainable development of the energy sector in Georgia

UNDP and GOGC signed an official agreement to start a project in support of capacity development of the GOGC.

To increase GOGC efficiency, its resources evaluation, help GOGC to improve its internal structures and processes, also establish international standard-based quality and environmental systems is the project goal. UNDP will also help GOGC to expertise its staff and provide it with the experts and consultants service.

The project duration is 3,5 years and the cost is 6,5 million USD.
