Rehabilitation works planned under phase three of the North-South pipeline has started

Tender-winning companies have started Rehabilitation works planned under phase three of the North-South pipeline. Georgia Oil and Gas Corporation supervises the construction works.
Planned works are divided into four lots. Rehabilitation works have already strated on three lots. On lot A, Sikor- a construction company is carrying out works, tot B - Hydroenergimontazhi and Lot D - New Energy; as for lot C, LCC Feri is carrying out preparation works.
The North-South emergency rehabilitation works in phase III are planned on 6 sites, they are: The River Belaia Crossing site;The River Baidara Gorge site, bank stabilization works, The Kabarjino Gorge Crossing site,The River Snostskali Crossing site and two bank stabilization sites in the Aragvi gorge. 1200 mm valve installtion is also considered in the DarialiGorge, near the Larsi check point.
Phase III completion is scheduled by the end of the year
