Oil Leak Clean-Up Underway On №16a Well

Clean-up operation is underway around №16a well after a little amount of oil leaked from it. The soil contaminated as a result of the leak will be removed in the most efficient and safe manner.
№16a well is located on the XIF license block. Ninotsminda Oil Company is the investor and the license block is operated by CanArgo Georgia Ltd.
On 22 May, oil leak from the №16a shut-in well contaminated the soil within 20-25 meters radius of the well.
