GOGC has purchased high-technology devices

OGC will be able to identify underground facilities in the course of design and construction of main gas pipelines by means of a new technology. It will be possible to define underground facilities within the design area with a high degree of accuracy using "Georadar" device.
GOGC employees attended a practical course on capabilities of the new device in addition to the theoretical part on November 17-22. They also attended a training on use of high-technology devices for pipeline integrity monitoring.
By using DCVG, PCM and C- SCAN devices it will be possible to identify the damaged sections of the pipeline insulation cover and define their quality.
Purchase of these devices by GOGC was funded by USAID.
