GOGC performs the Aragvi River bank reinforcement works along

The bank reinforcement works are underway in the village of Naghvarevi, Dusheti Municipality. The works are being carried out on the right bank of the Aragvi River, at the 196-197 km section of the "North Caucasus-Transcaucasia" DN1200mm main gas pipeline.
The General Director of GOGC, Ekaterine Sisauri visited the site accompanied by the Technical Director, Shalva Kiknavelidze. They received detailed information about each completed stage from the people directly involved in the process and became familiarized with the works planned for the future.
The necessity of protecting the pipeline was raised due to cases of erosion by the river. The works are executed by a contractor company, commissioned and funded by GOGC. Upon its completion, the safety of the main gas pipeline will be ensured.
