Date for Expression of Interest for JSC Namakhvani HPP Cascade Construction Extended

JSC Namakhvani HPP Cascade has announced that it has extended the deadline for the expression of interest regarding the EPC (turn-key) services, which was launched on the 4th of February.
JSC Namakhvani HPP Cascade informs all the interested parties that thesubmission date of expression of interest is appointed on the 2nd of May, 2012.
Namakhvani HPP Cascade envisages the construction of a cascade with installed capacity of 450 MW on the Rioni River; the project area is on the Rioni river lowland between existing Lajanuri and Gumati HPPs in Western Georgia. In addition, transmission lines are planned to be built for evacuating the energy from the cascade.
