40 companies expressed their interest to design, supply and construct Namakhvani HPP Cascade. Interested companies will participate in tendering process and the best company will construct the cascade.
JSC Namakhvani HPP Cascade invited companies to express their interest to design, supply and construct the cascade in February 2012.
Namakhvani HPP Cascade envisages the construction of a cascade with installed capacity of 450 MW on the Rioni River; the project area is on the Rioni river lowland between existing Lajanuri and Gumati HPPs in Western Georgia.
