Environmental Policy of GOGC implies a justified and sustainable development in terms of environmental protection.
Each project of GOGC is implemented in accordance with the Georgian legislation which implies detailed study of each environmental component, possible environmental impacts resulting from the project construction and operation are defined, measures for mitigation of these impacts are planned.
The goal of GOGC is to minimize the negative environmental and therefore, it permanently focuses on improvement of its own environmental policy, constant update of the current procedures and plans and introduction of modern standards. GOGC obliges all of its construction contractors and subcontractors to carry out the works in full compliance with the environmental standards applicable in the country and the environmental standards of GOGC.
