Credit Ratings

Credit Ratings represent one of the main indicators of Corporation's credibility.

Georgian Oil and Gas Corporation JSC has taken financial commitments to International Financial Institutions within amount obtained for implementation of Energo Projects. Credit Ratings studies are carried out for assessment of the Corporation's performance.

Corporation's rating is set by international Credit Rating Agencies such as Fitch Ratings and Standard & Poor's.

Credit Rating is reviewed at least annually.

In March 2019 Fitch Ratings increased rating forecast of Georgian Oil and Gas Corporation JSC from "BB-" to "BB", Outlook Stable

In 2018 Fitch Ratings increased rating forecast of Georgian Oil and Gas Corporation JSC for "Stable" to "Positive"

For 2017 Standard & Poor's increased rating forecast of Georgian Oil and Gas Corporation JSC from "Negative" to "Stable"

In 2016 Fitch Ratings affirmed Georgian Oil and Gas Corporation JSC's credit rating "BB-": Outlook Stable 
In 2016 Standard & Poor's adjusted credit rating of Georgian Oil and Gas Corporation JSC from "Stable" to "Negative"

In 2015 Fitch Ratings increased credit rating of Georgian Oil and Gas Corporation JSC from "Stable" to "Positive"

In Augist 2014 Standard & Poor's revised credit rating of Georgian Oil and Gas Corporation JSC from "B" to "B+" - Outlook Stable
