Socar Georgia Gas Distribution will Purchase Gas produced from Ninotsminda Field

Socar Georgia Gas Distribution will purchase gas from Georgian Oil and Gas Corporation (GOGC). The auction winner will pay 310 USD per 1,000 cubic meters of gas.
GOGC announced an auction for sale of 2 million cubic meters of gas produced from Ninotsminda gas field. Only one company - Socar Georgia Gas Distribution – expressed willingness to participate in the auction. The starting price for gas sale was 305 USD (VAT exclusive) with further increase of 5 USD bid step.
GOGC announced the auction for the sale of available natural gas produced from the Ninotsminda gas field on November 10. The winner was revealed on November 17.
