Representatives of GOGC and USAID observed the construction equipment and high-technology devices at the Lilo base

General Director of Georgian Oil and Gas Corporation (GOGC) David Tvalabeishvili, along with the representatives from the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) observed the construction equipment and high-technology devices for main gas pipelines.
GOGC is able to identify underground facilities in the course of design and construction of main gas pipelines by means of a new technology so far. It will be possible to define underground facilities within the design area with a high degree of accuracy using "Georadar" device.
By using DCVG, PCM and C- SCAN devices it will be possible to identify the damaged sections of the pipeline insulation cover and define their quality.
Purchase of these devices by GOGC was funded by USAID.
