JSC SOCAR Georgia Gas Distribution Purchased Gas From Georgian Oil And Gas Corporation

JSC SOCAR Georgia Gas Distribution purchased natural gas from Georgian Oil and Gas Corporation (GOGC). GOGC announced an auction for the sale of available gas obtained from Ninotsminda gas field in the total amount of 2 000 000 cubic meters. Two companies International Energy Company and JSC SOCAR Georgia Gas Distribution expressed interest to participate in the auction.
The auction sale was conducted for 1 000 cubic meters of gas with respect to introductory price of 275 USD (without VAT) presented by the Corporation with further increase of 5 (five) USD trade step.
JSC SOCAR Georgia Gas Distribution offered the highest price USD 320 and became the winner.
The gas will be supplied to Ninotsminda head facility from the meter station in Patardzeuli village.
