New Energy to Construct the Main Gas Pipeline 30 Km Section

The tender winner company New Energy will construct 30 km section of Tsiteli Khidi-Saguramo main gas pipeline.
Five companies participated in the international tender announced by GOGC on February 28.
Estimated cost of the construction works on the section was 18 million lari but the winner company offered the lowest price - 12,8 million GEL to implement the construction works
The aim of the project for construction of Tsiteli Khidi-Saguramo 80 km gas-main pipeline is diversification of the sources of supply of natural gas in Georgia. Within the project framework Gardabani-Navtlugi 30 km section was constructed in 2006, and 10 km section in 2010.
