GGTC To Construct The Gas-Main Pipeline 10 Km Section

Georgian Gas Transportation Company won the international tender within the framework of main gas pipeline project for the construction of 10 km section.
Georgian Oil and Gas Corporation has announced an international tender within the framework of Tsiteli-Khidi-Saguramo gas-main pipeline project for the construction of 10 km section on February 24.
The estimated cost of the project at the moment of tender announcement was 6 million lari, but the winner company offered the lowest price - 3,3 million GEL to implement the construction works.
The objective for the construction of Tsiteli Khidi-Saguramo 80 km section of gas-main pipeline is diversification of supply sources of natural gas in Georgia. Within the same project Gardabani-Navtlugi 30 km section was constructed in 2006 and 10 km section - in 2010.
