On October 26, Prime Minister of Georgia, Giorgi Kvirikashvili, Minister of Energy Ilia Eloshvili, General Director of Georgian Oil and Gas Corporation David Tvalabeishvili will lay foundation for the second block of Combined Cycle Thermal Power Plant in Gardabani.
