New 6,5 km Section of Tsiteli Khidi-Tsalka –Alastani Gas Pipeline
In 2018, Georgian Oil and Gas Corporation constructed a new 6,5 section of DN 300 Akhalkalaki branch of Tsiteli Khidi-Tsalka-Alastani (total length of 193 km) high pressure gas pipeline.
GOGC constructed the new section of the pipeline with its own resources and equipment. Old pipes built back in Soviet times were replaced by pipes of the same diameter DN 300 mm.
The construction of a new gas pipeline ensures uninterrupted, safe and secure supply of natural gas to the Samntskhe-Javakheti region.
